Did you ever notice the driver of the car in front of you tapping their fingers to the radio? And then you scan the dial in your car to try and see what song syncs up? Did it today! I remember once about a gazzillian years ago I saw some hippie playing a wild organ solo on his dashboard whilst driving. I surfed through the local rock stations and sure enough, he was jammin' his brains out to the Keep On Rollin' by REO Speedwagon.
Beautiful things remind me of Annie Wenz.

we met at Tarpon Lodge Valentine's week - and remembered not how/when we knew each other - just that we were kindred beings ont he journey. I connected with Ray - got 2 small, sweet Drones to travel in my briefcase with me, and have you singing to me in my car every day! VietNam caught me by surprise - I led one of those black-arm-banded Nassau County NY high school marches to Hofstra U in 1968 or 69 to hear Jerry Rubin & Abbie Hoffman speak, and to sing, and to pray...and my friend Bobby really was in jail for refusing to go. Wild Horses - every time I hear it I think of my youngest daughter - an equestrian and wild strong woman. Thank you for putting her essence into this song for me.

History too requires correction in the market place at times. That usually happens when a woman appears and as teacher is heard by all. Such was Mari Sandoz for whom truth is beauty. whoa. katherine has been in london for 5 days now. henry has joined her for his birthday present - 1 night at the royal balet, 1 night seeing billy elliot. i'm at home, broke, watching videos with the kids. too much overhead or... under foot. who knows. antonio and i have begun playing behind the cathedral at mid-day. great gig! gotta get the euros flowing. sold 50 cds in 25 seconds to a japanese group 3 days ago. whatta life! everything else is great. took the 3 littles mushroom hunting today. found about 1000 "camagroks". reeeeeally good in pasta sauces and omellettes. can't believe how little we did with you and larry while you were here. you must come back. i was not concentrating, really.
anyway, lots of love, and hope the 3 day fest went well.
